Artist Statement

This page contains all of my 3D modeling and environment work. Using the software program Maya, I created many different props and weapons based off the popular Nintendo switch game "Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The 3D Environments were made from character profile sheets that would require me to make a room based on how that character lived, their personalities and personal details of a character's habits.
"Project Keyon" April 2022. Maya Software
This is my biggest project, taking almost a month to complete. I designed a three bedroom, small apartment based on a character profile made by a classmate. It mainly focused around the oldest son Keyon, his brother and his foster mother.

Keyon was the main focus of this project. He was described as a bully whom lives with his foster mother.

This is the small living room and dining room. I wanted to show how small the apartment is.

This small kitchen once again rshow the idea of a rough, small, low quality apartment.

"Shop Project" April 2022. Maya Software
This is another big project I completed. I took all of the models I made throughout the semester and I put them together to make a scene.

This is the outside of the shop decorated with leaves, mushrooms and cacti.

These two tables show off the weapons I created as well as the bowls, cups and pots that I made

"Swords" April 2022. Maya Software
This project was about recreating a sword model from the Rito village called "Feathered Edge."


"Living Room Lighting: Project Jean" March 2022. Maya Software
This project involved me focusing on the lighting aspect of a previous project. After we arranged some of the pre-made models, I had use the Maya Lighting software Arnold to complete it.



"Potion Bottles" March 2022. Maya Software
This project shows potion bottles and monster extract bottles I made based off a few references from the Zelda: BOTW concept art book.


"Living Room Coloring: Project Jean" Feb 2022. Maya Software
This was the second portion of Project Jean. Once I had the models arranged, it was my job to create a working color palette for this character.




"Vases and Planters" Feb 2022. Maya Software
This was another project from my modeling class where I had to create Large and small pots along with planters that held cacti.

This was my second 3D environment project. I had to create a living room based off the profile of Jean, a hardworking woman who worked for a serious company.




"Plates, Cups, and Bowls" Feb 2022. Maya Software
For this project, I had to make my own bowls, cups and plates based off the Rito village concept art


"Project Grayson" Feb 2022. Maya Software
This was my first 3D environment project where I had to create a dorm room based on a character named Grayson. He was a hard-working medical student who was constantly studying. He was surrounded by his books and research.




"Land of Mushrooms" Jan 2022. Maya Software
This was my first 3D modeling project ever! I had to recreate mushrooms using the sunshroom reference from Zelda: BOTW.
